Chezy Sausage Rolls...............

supper time............

Ingredient

300 g flour

55 g sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbs powder milk

1/2 tsp bread improver

30 g butter

1 1/2 tsp instant yeast

30 g eggs

100 ml warm water

50 ml water (xtra)

Directions

1. Dissolve the yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in the warm water. 
2. In a large bowl, combine the  all the ingredient except butter until combined.
3. Add some extra water bit by bit...
4. Add butter until the dough elastic.. roll the dough
5. then cover with plastic  for 50 min until the dough change to double size...
6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C.)
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.(add some cheese if any....)

Sosej roll and teh arab......

i made this roll for supper.....a few hours after sungkai (berbuka).....in less than

one hour all are halas.....hehehe

teh arab.....we bought some arab tea in Makkah and the pudina is bought at Supasave......taste a little different though than the one in Makkah.....particularly at Hilton.....

perfect combination......

Assalamualaikum....and Salam Ramadhan

ahlan wa sahlan wa marhaban bikum.....

After a long absence from blogging....we took a long vacation back to hometown plus a travel to bandung and then umrah....

Alhamdullilah...with a very good health given by allah swt, me, hubby, ijat and nisa went to perform the umrah with a happy but anxious heart...;)

We are not well-prepared but..still alhamdullilah we have a very safe and a very good journey to Mekah! I was worried about baby eimaan while i'm not beside her,...since she is still fully breastfeeding...but thanks to allah! with du'a and helping hand from mother in law, mom,sisters (de, mama), brother (nazri,), ayahcik, gg, teh, pak teh, ayah ngah, kak mie and kids .....everything was smooth! Thank you guys...nothing can pay you back except our du'a that  may allah give good health  and happiness for all of us here- dunia and in the hereafter - akhirat..

We just arrive at muscat for transit , oman airport...ijat looked tired...

Sultan Qabbus masjid...it is so beautiful...solat zohor here....best!
