I dream.....A world of Donut

In 2003 me and hubby  plan to perform umrah in 5 years but we dont have enough fund ......hubby's  style is  to make a chart for us see our plan "grow up" and ..alhamdulillah..we perform it...in 2012! hahahaa..nowadays our next  plan is to be debt-free and get rich ..and travel around the world hahhahha..he is  a very good plan partner,  so many plan..a,b,c,...until z ! i love baking..and my stock always  be made ready by hubby..heehh (tq:))..today he gives an idea on how can i produce my own product to the market..and i,m in the line..homemade frozen food. Now in my fridge there are stock for sausage roll, sausage bread and donut are ready for sale!any takers...just email me...in brunei only at the moment...next to malaysia and singapore (we will beat pua chu kang and co)....then indonesia...australia and n.zealand...africa hrrmmm do they eat donut??? ...middle east...europe....america and lastly china...the biggest market...any one knows anybody on mars or pluto or the other galaxy...pls pm us.......heheheheh the world is not enough.... kahkhakahkahkha...name's bond...james bond 006.5, round up lah...

Doughnuts..difference recepi difference taste........

Assalammualaikum....make  some doughnut for hungry kids.

Ingredient
450m strong plain white flour
5ml  ( 1tsp)salt
50g butter
50g caster sugar
7g fast action dried yeast
1 egg
140ml lukewarm milk
oil for deep frying

Direction
Place flour, salt and butter in mixer bowl . Mix on speed 1 to corporate the butter into the flour. Mix in sugar and yeast.
Add the egg, lukewarm milk and about 90ml lukewarm water and mix on minimum speed to form a soft dough. Knead for 5-6 mins until the dough is smooth and elastic. Remove from the mixer. Cover with lightly oiled clear film and leave to rise in a warm place for one hour or until doubled in size.

Using dough hook on minimum speed for 30-60 second gently knead the dough to knock back. roll the remaining dough to thickness ...

Place on a prepared baking sheet and cover with oiled clear film. Leave the doughnuts in warm place about 30 mins..or until doubled size. 
Heat the oil for deep frying ..done. Toss in caster sugar and set a side to cool...

Assalam...i'm making donut again this time. Insya allah we will have a long vacation and I still have a lot of flour to go..... before expired date....some with icing sugar and some with choc topping...
