Clean the fish thoroughly, chop off its head and tail, leaving the body intact.Prepare for fish fillet
Add some ice cubes and continue mincing the fish meat. (I blend...)
Add sago
starch/flour and water. Stir the mixture until it becomes a soft dough.
Roll up the dough in sago starch into small pieces of cylinder 3 inches +/-
Fry in hot oil.
