ingredients:
500g to 1000g tiger prawn
6 birds chilly or jalapeno
3 pcs garlic - chop
curry leaves
shredded coconut
3 to 4 tbsp butter
soy sauce - a few drops
salt......
direction:
fry the prawn....
take it out and dry them...
heat the butter and add garlic
add chilly, coconut and curry leaves...wait until they turn golden
put in the prawn and stir
