On the last trip to Kuantan, mama bear ( my sis) and ayahcik bring me to try Nasi Kukus at Kuantan........
I think.....maybe the trend in kuantan now is Nasi Kukus Ayam Berempah. So this is the recipe that I got from my sis..a.k.a mama bear. The Ayam Berempah taste so good..maybe you would like to try hehehhe.......

| All the ingredients for the chicken..onion,garlic,lengkuas, ginger,turmeric, lemon grass, jintan manis, jintan putih, ketumbar..Blend, marinated...and fried. |
