Beef short rib curry for dinner........the curry leaves are fresh from the tree at the backyard of the house |
we use milk instead of coconut milk.....taste good........... |
recipe
500g of beef short rib (to boil first otherwise the beef is not that tender)
garlic
star anise
cinnamon
cardamon
cardamon
onion
ginger
curry powder
curry leaves
pure milk/fresh milk
salt
potato
tomato
assam keping
dry chilly - blended
direction
- fry the cinnamon, star anise and cardamon until the aroma comes out
- add in garlic, onion and ginger and then curry leaves
- next add in chilly and curry powder and stir for about 5 mins
- add in the beef short rib, of course you have to wash them first
- mix and stir them and then add the milk, tomato, potato, assam keping and add some salt
- wait for about 10mins or so and check if the beef are properly cooked
