Salam to all..Alhamdullilah all of our family recovered from fever but eiman and hana still got some flu. Here Friday is a holiday for us. No school day, no working day...only rest!
This afternoon after hubby solat jumaat, me and girls are praying solat zuhur at Sg. Hancing Masjid. There are preparation for the Maulidur Rasul" celebration.
I have tried Mat gebu recipe from " matgebu blog"...an easy muffin recipe. So easy and my kids love it!
Muffin served with Beetroot juice and made specially for hubby....

ingredients...............
250 g unsalted butter
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cup self raising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla
Fruit jam (I use orange zest and cheery jam)
Direction
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle
attachment, beat together the butter and sugar on medium speed until
fluffy. Add egg, and beat until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add reserved flour and milk turn by turn and mix on low speed until thoroughly mixed. Stir in vanilla and orange zest..
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, Bake 20-25 minutes.
Insya allah in small cup you will get 27 muffins..best of luck!
