- Place oil into a small frying pan or wok
- To prepare bananas, peel and slice in half
- Place all-purpose flour, rice flour (1/4 cup), cornstarch, salt, and
one egg.. Stir to
combine or blender
- Dip the banana and Heat up the oil over high heat. Fry until batter puffs up slightly and turns light to medium golden-brown.
Remove from heat and drain on paper towel
