Kueh Talam Roti (Steamed Bread Pudding)




Kueh Talam Roti (Steamed Bread Pudding)

Third layer
7-8 bread
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
Salt
100 ml coconut milk or fresh milk
125 ml  plain water
1/4 tsp  vanilla essence


Cut  bread in small size. Put aside in a tray
Using whisker combined all  the ingredient . ( i just blend it)
Pour mixture into steaming tray and steam over medium heat for 25-30 mins till cooked.

Second layer

1/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup sugar
Salt
1 egg
100 ml coconut or fresh milk
100 ml water
Green colour
Pandan  paste

Combined all the mixture, stir with whisker
Cook the mixture over medium heat till it turns soft thick .
Stir constantly. Pour mixture into steaming tray on first layer
Steam over medium heat for 25-30 mins till cooked.

Top layer
1/4 cup custard
1/4 cup sugar
Salt
1/8 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
100 ml coconut or fresh milk
100 ml water
Yellow color

Combined all the mixture, stir with whisker
Cook the mixture over medium heat till it turns soft thick .
Stir constantly. Pour mixture into steaming tray on second layer
Steam over medium heat for 25-30 mins till cooked.
