Salmon Fish Head Asam pedas..wallaa!


Simple ..but it's delicious..


For the paste, blend shallot, garlic, ginger and turmeric,
Heat the cooking oil and fry finely ground paste until fragrant...
Pour a cup of water and add in salmon head
Add tamarind juice , salt, some sugar..let it boil
Add some more water and bunga kantan ( Torch Ginger Flower).
Cooked abt 5-10mins
