Cheese Soft Bun ...menu for sahur



A)
400gm  bread flour
100gm plain flour
75gm sugar
8gm salt
8gm green tea powder (i didn’t)
1 tbsp milk powder
4tsp instant yeast

B)
2 eggs
200ml cold water

C)60 gm butter

D) pinch of black sesame seed ( i put some Parmesan cheese...heheheh)

Method
Mix ( A) well  blended..then add (B), mix until form to dough
Add( C) and continue to mix to form and elastic dough
Mould it into a ball..put in a bowl and cover with clear film.prove in  warm place  for 45 min until double size ( i preheat the oven  after switch off the plug)
Divide dough into 60gm and shape ball...rest 10 mins
Flatten the balls into rounds..fill the filling and shape into ball..put in baking paper
( i  put some cheddar....)
Brush with egg wash and bake at 190C  abt 12-15 min...
