Kuih Bakar Pandan.....

Salam ramadhan...
Make some kuih bakar for sungkai(berbuka) today. Once this is one of my mom hot seller when i was kid... 

Sometime i use same ingredient to make a pan cake for my baby...hehehe..just change coconut milk to powder milk and the batter must be more liquid....Good Luck!

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup pandan juice - ( I blend pandan leave with  water)
2 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups coconut milk (450ml)
2 tbsp butter
a few drops of green colouring
sesame seeds ( i didn't use)

Method
Blend all the ingredients- put aside
Add 2tbsp of cooking oil in a 10" pan
Preheat oven and place ur pan in it. Once u see the oil heated, pour in batter, top it with sesame seeds..if any and bake it at 175C for 90mins..
