Make choco cake for angah's 10th birthday.... invite angah classmates..@ Al Falaah school to celebrate...This moist recipe is a hot item ordered by my customers.....once...
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purposes (sift with baking powder 3 x)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 4 eggs (A grade)
- 250 gm butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- *1 cup cocoa powder
- *1/2 cup granulated sugar
- *1 cup hot water
- *1/2 cup evaporated milk
Methods
- * Combine cocoa , sugar and hot water . Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.. turn off the fire and keep warm add evaporated milk and stir well mix. Put aside
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar till it is light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and continue with eggs one at a time. Beat till well combined.
- Gently pour in flour mixture, alternate with the chocolate paste. *Start with flour and end with flour.
- Lined and greased a 8 or 9 inch round baking pan.
- Pour batter into cake pan and bake at 180c for 45-50 minutes or till it is cooked.
