Potato Donut.....nyaman tah!


Ass salaam all

I really love this recipe...my kids too. I have tried a few times and it is good... and maybe I will do it again....just give it  a try......................



Ingredients
A/ 
500 gm bread flour
11gm yeast
200 potato puree(steam)
50gm fresh milk
100 gm sugar
4 eggs yolks

B/
100 ml cold water
75 gm melted butter
1 tsp salt

Stir  A.. knead ..add B, continue kneading until it becomes elastic. Rest the doh for about 10 min..divide dough . Rest again for about 20 min. Ready for deep fry..
