Snapper Fish Soup and Fried Prawn....

 It;s been a long time not updating my blog....we are down with fever, cough and sore throat again!..




























Tonight for dinner we have the Fried Prawn...simple, easy and fast to......

Easy Stir Fry Prawn
500gm fresh prawn
1Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tsp soy sauce
2-3 chopped garlic
1 Slice onion
Turmeric(I use fresh turmeric and blend it!)
Carrot,celery

Mix together the turmeric, oyster sauce, soy sauce,  in a bowl and set aside. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.

This is the most marvelous fish soup ever !..Please try....Thanks elise!

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup of chopped onions
  • 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh chopped tomato (about 1 medium sized tomato)
  • 2 tsp of tomato paste.
  • 8 oz of clam juice (or shellfish stock)...i don't have this..hehehe
  • 2/3 cup apple vinegar (original recipe use wine )
  • 1 1/2 lb red snapper (use halibut, cod, sole, sea bass), cut into 2-inch pieces
  • Touch of dry oregano, Tabasco, thyme, pepper
  • Salt

Method

1 Heat olive oil in heavy large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté 4 minutes. Add parsley and stir 2 minutes. Add tomato, tomato paste and cook 2 minutes longer.
2 Add clam juice, dry white wine, and fish and simmer until fish is cooked through, less than 10 minutes. Add seasoning. Salt to taste. Ladle into bowls and serve.
