My mom sell nasi dagang when i was a kid.. the process for cooking this rice take 3 steps... firstly steam with plain water..then..steam with coconut milk...and then..steam with pure coconut milk....
Here in BSB .... i found very easy nasi dagang..and the founder comes from Perak... She cook nasi dagang without steam and eat with fish curry. (tenggiri not the usual tongkol or aya)..and also boil egg!.. and the cost is $ 4...and it's Hot menu only available on day 6 (Saturday)
