Delicatessen.....Pulut Sotong...

As salam...

Have breakfast  outside with hubby  before sending him to office.. me and eimaan went to Jerudong fish market.... Bought some squid and make my family favorite!....Pulut Sotong

Ingredient and Step

Soak 2 cups of glutinous rice with  pinch of salt about 3-4 hours
7-8 pcs of fresh squid wash and clean the squid.
Take a small handful of the rice and squeeze it into a ball.
Squeeze rice  into the squid until it fill up to the top.
Use toothpick to seal the squid top.
In a big skillet, mix squid , coconut milk,  a  cup of  water, palm sugar and a pitch of salt.... put squid in heated coconut milk
Cook on low heat until  glutinous rice and squid  cooked.
