Potato Donut..yum yummm!

The texture are really soft




Salam....
My clock was 10.12am. And I  still have no an idea what to do for the "tapau" for my kids. 

Alhamdullilah..I got one good recipe from "rima " which is my kids really like it! I have attended a few cooking class before..but this recipe is really fantastic!

Ingredient
A/
500 gm bread flour
11gm yeast
200 potato puree(steam)
50gm fresh milk
100 gm sugar
4 eggs yolks

B/
100 ml cold water
75 gm melted butter
1 tsp salt

Stir  A.. knead ..add B, continue knead until elastic. Rest the doh about 10 min..divide doh . Rest again for about 20 min. Ready to deep fry.....


The texture are really soft........
