Pavlova...Izzat favourite. I got this recipe from mat gebu blog ..but the original recipe are from " rima of singapore"..thanks guys!

| Ingredients 4 eggs white 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tsp apple vinegar or lemon 1/2 tsp vanilla Whipping cream Fresh Fruits |
Preheat oven 150c Place the eggs white bowl and whisk until soft peak foam. Gradually add sugar..whisk until glossy, add vinegar and corn flour..whisk until combined.
Shape the mixture into baking tray with non stick baking paper. Reduce temp to 120c...for bake for1 hour 20 mins. Whisk the cream and deco with fresh fruit n the top ...
