Belimbing Besi and Grilled Salmon......

Salaam....to all

We have late dinner today. Hana and angah are down with fever! Both of them were given  MC for 3 days....  Baby Eimaan still having cough and flu, hubs with sore-throat  problem...I felt quite exhausted. No mood and no  idea to cook for dinner....
Just to share a very simple recipe from mum. I prepared all the meals within 30 mins..



Me and hubby bought some  "belimbing besi" at kianggeh. Original plan is to cook Nasi dagang...well....

Nice to try.

 These are the Ingredients:

















Belimbing besi or
Coconut milk..I use fresh milk..
Blended Charlot
Black paper
Fresh fish or steam fish

Press" belimbing besi" to take out the juice
Pour all the ingredients into coconut milk or fresh and mix..
add some salt.. and cook. Done


Hahahha...the time showing 9.30 pm!

Grilled Salmon with black pepper, salt, rosemary..and I put some basil too...Press some lemon! Ummph...delicious!
